Artvigil is another brand of Armodafinil medication that is manufactured by HAB Pharmaceutical of India. It is only available in 150mg doses and is a slightly different formulation from Modafinil, although its effects are almost identical. The medication is an indirect dopamine receptor agonist that prevents the reuptake of this type of neurotransmitter, increasing its presence in the brain. This increases your wakefulness, clarity of thinking, and concentration which allows you to tackle and accomplish your tasks much more easily. If Modafinil does not have the desired effects, Armodafinil may do the trick because of its alternate formulation!
Artvigil is similar to our other product Armod, except it is only available in 150mg doses. Most of our customers are able to take one tablet at the beginning of the day to give the medicine time to begin operating before going to work. Some people like to begin with a half dose by splitting the tablet along the scoring mark in the middle to see how it will affect them. Sometimes our metabolism speed and brain chemistry can provide very different results, so it is always better to err on the side of caution. If you need an extra boost, or if the dose is well tolerated, then you can take the whole tablet for longer and more powerful effects.
About your safety
All of our products, including Artvigil, come in their original flexible strips stamped with their expiration dates and batch numbers. Each strip holds ten tablets contained in their blisters. We ship all of our products discreetly and securely in padded packaging to prevent breakage and other damage.

Since I hit about 50 years old, my energy has been decreasing. People told me that it was just me getting older. To adjust, I started passing up opportunities, taking less responsibility at work, slowing down. I've pared things down to the minimum, and I still needed a nap. Either at lunch or when I got home from work. Maybe I was depressed, or lacked some vitamin, I didn't know. Finally I talked to my doctor, he recommended a sleep study. Now I have a CPAP machine that I use every night, but not when I take my still necessary nap. At the follow-up appointment, my doctor prescribed 250 mg of Nuvigil. I don't take any other prescription meds, and rarely OTC medicine, so I was a little anxious about starting up on Nuvigil after reading all the reviews. I started on a Saturday in case I freaked out or something. Nothing. No headache, no nausea, no jitters, or shakiness. I drink plenty of water and get my 7 hours of sleep, and now I'm good all day. I'm not manic, or even much different at all. Possibly a little more talkative, but really, I can't feel it. 14 hours after taking it, I could sleep. By bedtime, I go down easy. Nuvigil has been great for me.

Not advisable for those with anxiety or PTSD. After a decade on Adderall for Narcolepsy I tried Artvigil. The first week I ended up in the ER with visual/balance issues. I continued the medication, eventually at 250 mg. While it bought me a few extra hours of wakefulness in the evening, it took me about 6 hours to get going in the morning. Worst college semester I have ever had. And with a 30 hour half-life, it didn't allow my brain to rest. 9 months on this, and I was hyper-focusing and staying up all night researching, but unable to attend to daily tasks and decision making. It increased my anxiety and I started to experience paranoia and ended up in the ER for anxiety and PTSD related issues. (I had never gone to the ER or been hospitalized for psychiatric reasons prior to this.) It took two month to get my life back on track after being on this medication. I wanted a break from Adderall, but Artvigil 250 did not end up being a functional alternative.

My doctor has been suggesting that I try Artvigil for over a year now and was very hesitant because I am very sensitive to stimulants. If I drink half an energy drink or one cup of coffee, I go right to sleep. A full energy drink or two cups of coffee, I'm wired, panicky and nervous. I tried prescribed amphetamines years ago and was the same experience as caffeine X2. I am a full time paramedic and work 48 hour shifts. I also have OSA that requires CPAP. Needless to say, I have really bad sleeping habits and when I do sleep, I don't wake up refreshed and alert pretty much ever. I finally told my doctor I would try it and I had got a prescription card from the manufacturer for a free first time fill while the pre-authorization went through with my insurance. ($867 without insurance) Nervously I took half of the 250 mg pill as suggested by my doctor...And OMG! I made breakfast, cleaned the kitchen, washed the car, organized the garage and started putting up new wallpaper all before noon. I didn't get the undesirable speedy or anxious feeling that caffeine or amphetamines gave me. I felt like a million bucks.....Until it wears off. After about 9-10 hours after ingesting the med, I feel
